The album "Jazzmine" was previously selected to participate in the Brazilian Music Awards 2012 in the category "Album in a Foreign Language". The album was conceived using the visual language of the 40s and 50s. It compiles five jazz classics, all characterized by a very contemporary language and influenced by the beats of the 70s and 80s. The album also pays tribute to Johnny Alf with an unreleased arrangement of the song "Eu e a Brisa". It also presents an unreleased song, "Indecisão", by Veralúcia Sampaio, with a more "João Donato" sound.
